I think he performed this not in his 80′s. In this video he still has his black hair and he looks much younger. Try google some pictures of Wang Kiu and you will find some where he’s older.

I hope I move as smooth as he does in my 80′s,….great to see more people open up and share thier wing chun too,…..GM Ip Man taught so many people, and so many people differently…..great to see the various people play thier kung-fu….

I don’t remember Helio rolling around in thin air or playing with a grappling dummy. For me, that would not be inspirational. It would be sad.

Stu Hart and Helio Gracie still appear(ed) on video at advanced age. I don’t think any of their proteges were going full-bore on them, but there’s something about knowing that what you’ve invested so much of your time in, you can still enjoy into your advanced years. It’s inspirational.

Oh, great, we get to see another old “master” perform some forms. Maybe we can get some 80 year old former tennis champions to swing their rackets in the air so their fans can oooh and aahh at their “form”.

Very nice to see Wang Sifu online on such good form. I believe that he was training while my Sigung was with Ip Man in the fifties, so I wonder if he remembers Lee Shing?
