		<description>I guess,once you learn how to zero in and &quot;radar lock&quot; on an opponnents energy (via extensive chi sao training) is when you need to &#039;forget&#039;the skill and move on.Once this skill is acquired it is easy to mantain it from time to time through training.
In order to acquire the skill of zeroing in,you would need to train with all sorts of different people,large/small/hard/soft etc etc,then once you develop this ability,its time to move on to higher things.
Too many people spend a long time training in chi sao,one of the result is the unwitting acquisition of &quot;chasing hands&quot;.</description>
