I am indeed very interested in an equivalant form of american jow that i could make myself from common herbs native to the us. More specifically to indiana. I have always wanted to work both sides of martial arts not just the whirlwind of destructive force but also the healing aspects of it. How great would it be to know enough in the herbal and chinese medicine to be able to heal most all of your students injuries. hoping to hear from you soon. I have looked but most info is very guarded not to many people willing to share unless there is money involved. thanks

I am very interested in your explanation and thoughts concerning
dit da jow; you have already enlightened me. My style of
martial art like any worthy art form involves repetetive contact which causes brusing. There are also so maney types of viruses
going around that your recipe for the chest area is going to be very helpful. Now is there such a thing as a jow help to change
a persons' yang to jin or vice versa. Are these jow formulars
only for hits and falls ( brusing )? I am sorry to sound naieve
but I like to search for new 'old knowledge'. I will do as you suggest and try to learn as much about herbs as I can.
Thanks much for your time...Paul
