I’m organizing a wing chun \ martial arts tour to Hong Kong \ China & Thailand for early or mid April 2008 (exact dates to be fixed)Outline of the tour:

I will arrange wing chun training time with sifu Yip Ching (Yip Man’s youngest son), sifu in the Leung Sheung lineage (Yip Man’s first Hong Kong disciple), sifu in the Wong Shung Leung lineage. We will also train with sifus outside of the Yip Man lineage, and visit wing chun teachers on the mainland.

Certainly they have done a good job making WC look decent on screen, albeit not as efficient as it could be sometimes.There’s another Wing Chun based series, TVB Real Kung Fu, some good clips on Youtube too. Again, Yuen Biao stars doing Wing Chun in it. Just out of curiosity, Yuen Biao did attend the same opera school as Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung, who did Yuen Biao and Sammo Hung learn Wing Chun from?Cheers

I’m not going full speed or full power as this is training Chi Sao.

If you have a eye for chinese martial skills you will see the control of stance and position.

Hi everyone, we just opened up a new school.

It’s called Central Coast Wing Chun and it’s located at unit 1/16, Ace Cres, Tuggerah, N.S.W, Australia.

Classes are on monday and friday at 8pm first lesson free.

Our linage is from leung chun - kwan yee - tao kung - junno chung - nick scopelities - nathan mitchell, john arndt

Anyone interested is welcome to come along.

There are a few lineges from leung chun around but we are rare.
